I successfully led the end-to-end implementation of an automated Management Information System (MIS) solution, replacing the traditional Excel-based reporting.
I led the implementation from concept to product, serving as a technology leader for Data warehouse and Business Intelligence setup.
This initiative resulted in the launch of the company's first cloud-based MIS product. The project was a resounding success, allowing team to roll out over seven different modules, including utilization, revenue, margin, pre-sales, allocation, headcount, attendance, etc., greatly enhancing the company’s reporting capabilities and operational efficiency.

As an IT Program Manager at Magic FinServ, I spearheaded a critical compliance initiative to implement a Know Your Customer (KYC) Portal for Apex customers.
My role encompassed end-to-end management of the project, ensuring that all aspects were meticulously coordinated.
I facilitated Senior Stakeholder Communication across multiple geographies, piloting with EMEA region to align project objectives with business goals and managed Vendor Relationships to ensure timely delivery of services.

It was implemented for a major Customer during TCS engagement. This involved end to end travel and expense management system automation, along with its integration with Concur System , Credit Card Interfaces, Employee Registration, Accounting, and Ledger Systems for more than 28 Countries across the globe.
